ClubEzy is club management software for volunteer-run clubs — the committees, coaches and team managers who keep a season on the road in the hours around their actual jobs.
One platform, two front doors
Most clubs run on a pile of tools that don’t talk to each other: a registration form here, a spreadsheet of teams there, a group chat per team, and a shoebox of consent forms. ClubEzy replaces that pile with a single system.

Volunteer-run clubs, first
ClubEzy is designed around grassroots clubs — the ones where the treasurer is also a parent, the registrar is also a coach, and the committee meets on a weeknight. If a feature only makes sense with a full-time administrator behind it, it isn’t built for this.
That means the members app has to be obvious enough for a parent who opens it twice a week, and the admin portal has to be powerful enough for the person doing registrations at 10pm. It means the club keeps using the competition system its federation mandates — ClubEzy imports fixtures from Dribl rather than asking anyone to enter them twice.

Volunteers’ time is the scarcest thing in sport
Nobody signed up to be a club registrar. Every hour spent chasing forms, re-typing a spreadsheet or copying a fixture list is an hour that could have gone to the game — so the job of the software is to hand those hours back.
Safeguarding isn’t an add-on
Working-with-Children checks, coaching accreditations, linked parent and child accounts, guardian oversight of a child’s chats, per-field privacy controls — that belongs in the platform every club uses, not in a premium tier or a separate spreadsheet.
Clubs own their club’s data
Your members, your history, your records. Membership history is never hard-deleted — seasons and organisations archive rather than destroy — and admins can export what they need as CSV whenever they want it.
