Gear & kits

Kit sorted before round one

A gear catalog members can actually browse, kit templates tied to each team, and sizes collected in advance — not on the morning of the first game.

The club shop

The gear cupboard, finally organised

Somewhere in your club there is a volunteer with a laundry basket of jerseys, a shoebox of cash and a group chat full of size requests. This is the page about giving that person their weekends back.

A catalog worth browsing

Products with images, pricing, stock levels and size variations. Members can see what’s available and what’s actually left, instead of asking in a group chat.

Cart and multi-item orders

One order for the training top, the shorts and the socks — instead of three separate conversations with the volunteer who runs the gear cupboard.

A tracked order lifecycle

Every order moves through pending → paid → ready for pickup → collected. “Has this been picked up yet?” finally has an answer that isn’t a shrug.

Kit templates linked to teams

Build a kit template and attach it to a team. Everyone in that team, and every parent buying for them, knows exactly what they’re meant to have.

Members submit their own sizes

Sizes come straight from the member in the app. No guessing, and no spreadsheet of jersey sizes that stopped being accurate two seasons ago.

Allocation and fulfilment tracking

Track what’s been allocated, what’s been handed over, and what’s still sitting in a box under the canteen with somebody’s name on it.

For the gear volunteer

One screen instead of four notebooks

The hard part of club gear was never the selling. It’s knowing who ordered what, whose size changed, which team is short two sets of shorts, and who still hasn’t picked up the jacket they paid for in April.

ClubEzy keeps the catalog, the orders, the kits and the allocations in one place — and shows the member their own order status, which removes about half the messages you were getting anyway.

  • Products, orders and kits all managed from the admin portal
  • Stock and size variations kept in one catalog, not one catalog per volunteer
  • Order status visible to the member, so you stop fielding the same question
  • Kit allocation tracked per member and per team
  • Real-time, so two people working the cupboard never see two different truths
Straight talk

About payments: we don’t take them yet

ClubEzy doesn’t process payments today. Orders and fees are recorded in the platform, but money changes hands the way it already does at your club — bank transfer, EFTPOS at the canteen, cash in a tin. We’d rather tell you that here than let you find out during a demo. Online payments are the biggest thing on our roadmap.

So how do we actually get paid right now?

However you get paid now. The order is recorded in ClubEzy with its status, and you mark it paid once the money lands. The lifecycle — pending, paid, ready for pickup, collected — exists so the record matches reality, not so it can pretend to be a checkout.

Is anything lost by settling off-platform?

You still get the catalog, the sizes, the stock, the orders and the allocation tracking. What you don’t get is the money moving inside ClubEzy, which means someone at the club still reconciles payments the way they do today.

Can members see stock and sizes before they order?

Yes. Products carry images, pricing, stock levels and size variations, and members submit their own sizes — so the order that reaches you is the one they actually meant to place.
