For club admins

Your whole season, from one dashboard.

You are the person who knows which under-12 hasn’t paid, whose Working-with-Children check expires in March, and where the spare jerseys ended up. ClubEzy puts all of it in one place — and retires the spreadsheet stack you have been holding together on your own time.

A season, start to finish

Six jobs. One dashboard.

This is the shape of a club year — the way it actually runs, not the way a feature list describes it. Every stage below is live today.

1

Open registrations

Build your own form with the fields your club actually needs, then share it as a link or a QR code — for the whole season or for one form. Members self-serve, and invite links carry a duplicate-invite guard so nobody gets asked twice.

2

Approve with the full picture

Every submission lands in one pipeline with medical details, history and consent attached. Review, accept or reject — and when you are signing people up at the ground, run the day from the on-site trial registration desk.

3

Clear compliance before round one

Store Working-with-Children checks and coaching licences as accreditations, with the document attached and an expiry alert before it lapses. Put club agreements behind an acceptance gate, and build a season checklist scoped to the roles that need it.

4

Build teams — then roll the season over

Assign coaches, managers and players with granular, per-permission access rather than blunt job titles. Next season, the rollover wizard builds it from a template instead of from scratch, and archived seasons stay readable — nothing is hard-deleted.

5

Say it once, to the right people

Club-wide announcements with rich text, comments and seen-by tracking. Team chats create themselves with the team, and the activity feed routes each kind of update where it belongs — feed, chat or push.

6

Sort the gear and the kit

Run a catalog with images, pricing, stock and sizes, take multi-item orders, and track each one from pending to paid to ready for pickup to collected. Kit templates link to teams, members submit their sizes, and allocation is tracked. Orders are settled off-platform today.

Answers, without opening a spreadsheet

The admin portal is the web view your committee works in — the place where “how many registrations are we down on last season?” takes a click rather than an evening.

  • Six CSV reports in the Reports Hub — download them, or have them emailed
  • Dashboard KPIs, with organisation and season context switching in a tap
  • An attendance grid across the season, instead of one event at a time
  • Bulk event creation, bulk member add and CSV import for the fiddly weeks
  • Account merge and support tooling for when two records turn out to be one person
  • Everything real-time — what you change in the portal is on their phone already

Straight answers

The questions committees ask first

Do we have to move the whole club across at once?

No. You can start with a single season: bulk add or CSV import your members, open registrations, and bring gear, documents and sponsors over when you are ready. Seasons and organisations archive rather than delete, so nothing you set up is a one-way door.

What does ClubEzy cost?

It is free while we are in pilot. There is no public price list yet, no credit card, and no lock-in.

Can members pay their fees in the app?

Not yet. Registration fees and gear orders are recorded in ClubEzy and settled off-platform today. Online payments is on the roadmap — the What’s next page has the honest version of where it sits.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. Access is granted per permission, so your registrar can run registrations without touching gear or finances. Members can hide their date of birth, address and phone, and you can keep profile-only members with no login at all until they are ready to link one.

Our competition runs on Dribl. Does that clash?

Not at all — keep it. ClubEzy imports your federation fixtures from the Dribl Match Centre API, tracks where each event came from, and layers RSVPs, attendance and match reports on top. No double entry.
