When will these ship?
We do not publish dates. Volunteer committees have been promised release months by software before, and it rarely ends well. We ship constantly and tell you what is there — “coming soon” means it is on the roadmap and not in the product yet.
Can we use any of the Coming next list today?
No. If it sits under Coming next, it is not built. Online payments is the one worth spelling out: registration fees and gear orders are recorded in ClubEzy, but they are settled off-platform today. No gateway, no card handling.
Can we influence the order?
Yes. The fastest route onto the list is a club describing the job it needs done — what is eating your volunteers’ evenings, and what it currently takes to get through a season. Tell us, and it shapes what gets built first.
What does it cost while all this is landing?
ClubEzy is free while we are in pilot. There is no public price list yet, no credit card, and no lock-in.
How will we know when something arrives?
The web app updates in place, and the iOS and Android apps update through the stores. In-app support sits on every surface — reachable even before you log in — so if you are wondering whether something has landed, you can just ask.
