The honest answers
Can we collect registration fees through ClubEzy?
Not yet, and we’d rather say so plainly than bury it. Fees and orders are recorded in ClubEzy, but money is settled off-platform today — bank transfer, EFTPOS at the canteen, whatever your club already does. Online payments are the biggest thing on our roadmap: see what’s next.
Can one parent register more than one child?
Yes. Parents and children are linked accounts, so a guardian registers and manages each of their kids from a single login — and keeps oversight as those kids get old enough to have their own. More on families and safeguarding.
What about members who signed up on paper?
Add them in the admin portal, one at a time or by CSV import. Club-managed, profile-only members can be linked to a real login later, so nobody has to be left off the roster while you chase an email address.
